Frequently Asked Questions
Must I be home when my order arrives?
No. Leave an open route and instructions identifying the dump location. The driver will unload the material as directed.
What size order can I place?
Order any quantity, from a single ton to a full multi-ton load. Enter the project size in the calculator, or tell us what is needed so we can prepare the load.
Can material be dumped in my backyard?
Safe dumping requires an open, level area for the truck. A backyard can be used if the truck has access; if not, unloading is normally done at the driveway or along the street.
What happens if my order is too large or too small?
The calculator can help determine the amount needed. Place a new order if you need additional material. For cancellations, review our refund policy.
Are weekend deliveries available?
Deliveries are currently available on weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Select the date you want at checkout.
How will delivery be confirmed?
An email with order and delivery information is sent immediately. Our team will then contact you to confirm the delivery date and provide the supplier's contact information.
What happens when a truck cannot access my property?
The truck needs a 12-foot wide route free of low branches and overhead wires. When it cannot enter the site, unloading will occur as near as safety permits. Contact us ahead of time with any access concerns.
